319 is a small-scale, high-end restaurant opening late 2026 in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The dining room is intentionally intimate — a place for craft cocktails, wonderful food, and evenings that feel unhurried.
Our chef trained in Seattle and brings that discipline and care to Cedar Falls. The focus is refined comfort: thoughtful technique, warm hospitality, and a room sized for conversation.
